At Christ the King, students benefit from music education beginning with Pre-K 3. Students participate in weekly classes where they learn the foundations of music through singing, internalizing rhythm, and music appreciation. As students get older, we incorporate music theory and teach them to read music and play instruments. Third grade and up will have the opportunity to learn how to play piano. Our piano lab provides students with an engaging, hands-on opportunity to learn and develop their piano skills. Each student will have access to a digital piano and headset, allowing them to participate in collaborative or private instruction.
